๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Made in Canada

We're building the operating system
for local service businesses

Eazzer is a marketplace and a complete business toolkit โ€” designed by people who watched their friends and neighbours get bled dry by lead platforms.

It started with a simple frustration. We kept hearing the same story from local tradespeople, stylists, mechanics, and caregivers: "I'm great at what I do, I just can't seem to get found โ€” and the platforms I'm on charge me $50 for leads that ghost me."

We dug into it. We talked to plumbers paying $400/month for lead platforms with single-digit conversion. To stylists juggling Instagram DMs, WhatsApp messages, and a paper appointment book. To cleaning business owners spending 8 hours a week just figuring out who's doing which job. To homeowners frustrated by no-shows, surprise invoices, and ghosted quotes.

The deeper we looked, the more obvious the gap became. Every platform serving local services in Canada was built for someone else's benefit โ€” usually the platform's, sometimes the customer's, almost never the provider's.

"We didn't want to build another lead resale platform. We wanted to build the platform we'd want if we were the plumber."

So that's what we're doing. Eazzer gives every local service professional their own website, scheduling system, pricing tools, and a marketplace presence โ€” for one flat monthly fee, with zero commission and zero lead fees. We make money only when our providers stay subscribed because Eazzer is genuinely valuable to them.

For customers, Eazzer is free. We connect you with vetted, verified pros who show their pricing upfront and give you real-time availability. No more calling around. No more surprise quotes. No more wondering if someone's actually licensed.

We're starting in Vancouver and Seattle โ€” two cities we know intimately, with the kind of small business diversity (trades, salons, mechanics, caregivers) that lets us serve the whole local services economy, not just one slice of it.

If we do this right, Eazzer becomes the foundation of how local services work โ€” for the people who actually do the work, and for the people who hire them. That's the bet.

What We Believe

Our values

โš–๏ธ

Aligned incentives

We make money when providers succeed โ€” not when they fail. No commissions, no per-lead fees, no shared leads.

๐Ÿ”

Radical transparency

Pricing is upfront. Reviews are real. Verifications are visible. No hidden anything โ€” for providers or customers.

๐Ÿ

Build for the underserved

Solo professionals and small teams deserve the same tools as enterprises. We bring them together โ€” affordably.

๐Ÿ”’

Privacy by design

PIPEDA-compliant from day one. We never sell your data. Your customers are yours, not ours.

๐ŸŒฑ

Quality over scale

We'd rather have 1,000 thrilled providers than 10,000 unhappy ones. We take time to do verification right.

๐Ÿ’ฌ

Listen first, build second

Every feature comes from a real conversation with a real provider or customer. Built with you, not for you.

Why Now

The local services moment

Three things have made the local services market ready for change:

1. Lead platforms have lost their goodwill. A decade of $50-per-ghost-lead has tradespeople actively looking for alternatives. The frustration is loud, organized, and growing.

2. Tools are now affordable. What used to cost a $5K agency build (a website, scheduling, payments, calendar sync) can now be templated and run for cents on the dollar. The cost gap that protected incumbents is gone.

3. Customers want real-time everything. The same generation that books a flight from their phone in 90 seconds expects to book a plumber the same way. Phone-tag and "we'll call you back" feels archaic.

The combination of provider frustration, technology affordability, and customer expectation is creating an opening that the existing players โ€” built on extractive business models โ€” structurally cannot fill.

That's the opportunity we're building toward.
